Construction recruitment in Moldova
Need staff for a construction, building services or finishing project? ALES handles the search and initial screening so your project manager can interview candidates suited to the stage of work and the team. Our construction recruitment covers trades, technical and supervisory roles, with the search shaped by the site location, qualifications and working hours.
You can request recruitment for a single specialist or additional team members. Before the engagement begins, you will receive a proposal setting out the roles covered, selection stages and recruitment fee.
Recruitment for construction projects and site teams
General construction and structural work
For general construction and structural work, the role needs to reflect the project stage, type of work, site location and existing team. We clarify the tasks the person will take on and who will supervise them on site.
Building services and technical work
Requirements for electrical, plumbing, heating and ventilation work depend on the project, documentation and responsibilities. We agree the essential qualifications, relevant experience and working conditions before screening begins.
Finishing and fit-out work
Finishing work may involve surface preparation, installation, painting or interior detailing. We specify the tasks and level of autonomy required so suitable candidates can understand exactly what the job involves.
Projects across multiple teams or sites
Working hours, travel requirements and points of contact can vary between sites. Before starting the search, we clarify each role’s location, the project duration and how the team is organised.
When we can help with your hiring
We organise hiring needs by trade and priority to match the stage of work. We clarify which roles need to be filled first and which activities depend on having those people in place.
We take on the search for a role that is delaying work or putting pressure on the existing team. We check whether the same qualifications are still needed, what the responsibilities involve and who will supervise the person on site.
For multiple projects, we clarify locations, expected duration, travel requirements and headcount. We assess the request against the actual conditions; it does not automatically include supplying a complete crew by a fixed date.
Matching the search to your project and site conditions
Before presenting candidates, we establish the conditions that affect availability, qualification requirements and suitability for the work. This gives the final interview a clear basis in the actual tasks and responsibilities.
Site location and travel
Specify the site address, whether the location may change, start times and how workers can get there. Transport or accommodation is included in the role description only if the employer provides it.
Project stage and day-to-day tasks
We clarify whether the project involves structural work, building services, finishing or another stage. A job title alone does not explain what the person will do within the team.
Qualifications, documentation and safety
Specify the qualifications or documents required for the particular role and the safety rules that apply. We do not assume that requirements for one trade apply to every construction role.
Working hours, duration and supervision
Tell us the working hours, expected duration of the project stage and who will give instructions on site. We distinguish what candidates need to know from day one from what they can learn during the project.
Construction roles we can recruit for
The service can cover trades, technical and supervisory roles on construction projects. We confirm the roles covered in the proposal and assess candidates against the specific work, site and team requirements.

How construction recruitment fees are determined
The recruitment fee depends on the roles, headcount, qualification levels, site location and stages included. Where several types of role are involved, we clarify the scope and fee calculation separately. ALES’s recruitment fee is separate from future employees’ salaries and benefits. Payment terms and any candidate replacement arrangements are set out in the accepted proposal.
Other industries we recruit for
Hiring for another area of your business or across several sectors? ALES plans the search around how your company operates, the roles to fill and the actual working conditions. Choose the relevant industry or send an enquiry to discuss your requirements.
Construction recruitment FAQs
Yes. List the trades, headcount, project stage and priority roles. We can set out separate criteria in the proposal, as building services, finishing and structural work have different requirements.
You can submit an enquiry for a site anywhere in the Republic of Moldova. Include the location, working hours, travel requirements and site access details, and we will confirm whether we can take on the search.
That depends on the work and the project requirements. Specify the essential qualifications, documents or experience, along with what can be taught after hiring.
Initial screening compares experience with the agreed criteria. The employer defines the technical interview, practical assessment and the person responsible for evaluating skills for the project.
Not automatically. This page describes finding and selecting candidates for the employer’s roles. Subcontracting a crew, managing construction work and supplying short-term labour are separate services that need to be confirmed independently.
