Logistics and transport recruitment in Moldova
Need staff for warehousing, distribution, transport or dispatch? ALES handles the search and initial screening so your manager can speak with candidates suited to the operation. We plan logistics recruitment and transport recruitment around the routes, working hours, equipment and actual responsibilities of each role.
You can request recruitment for a single role or a whole team. Before the engagement begins, you will receive a proposal setting out the roles covered, selection stages and recruitment fee.
Recruitment for warehousing, transport and distribution
Warehouses and logistics centres
The right warehouse profile depends on goods flows, receiving and dispatch hours, equipment and workload. We clarify whether the role involves materials handling, order picking, stock records, loading or supervising an area.
Transport and distribution
For driving and distribution roles, the brief should describe the route type, vehicle category, hours, loading duties and documents required. We assess the requirements of each transport role individually.
Dispatch and route planning
Communication with drivers, customers and the warehouse may sit within one dispatch role or be split across several positions. We agree the tools, shifts and level of responsibility before screening begins.
Distribution for retail and manufacturing
Delivery schedules depend on the products, service areas and receiving windows. We clarify departure and arrival points, loading duties and coordination with the warehouse team.
When we can help with your hiring
We organise hiring needs by role and stage, from supervisors and dispatchers to operational staff. For multiple shifts or areas, we define each team’s requirements separately rather than using a broad request for “logistics staff”.
We take on the search for a role affecting receiving, order preparation, loading or deliveries. We clarify the actual duties and any qualifications or documents that need to be confirmed.
For a peak season, distribution expansion or new contract, we clarify the period, headcount and actual schedule. Availability requirements for shifts, routes and loading times need to be communicated before screening.
Matching the search to your schedule and operations
Before presenting candidates, we agree the conditions that affect availability and suitability. By the final interview, candidates understand what the job actually involves.
Working hours, shifts and departure times
Specify start times, shift patterns, loading windows and any night or weekend work. Warehouse work and route-based roles need to be described according to their distinct conditions.
Workplace location, routes and access
Clearly describe the warehouse address, route, delivery area and how staff can reach the first shift. Employer-provided transport is mentioned only when it is available.
Equipment and required documentation
We clarify the machinery, vehicles, systems or documents required for the role. We do not assume that every logistics position calls for the same authorisation or experience.
Workload, safety and responsibilities
The type and weight of goods, order volumes and safety rules help candidates understand the work. We distinguish skills needed at hiring from training the company provides.
Logistics and transport roles we can recruit for
The service can cover operational, distribution and supervisory roles. We confirm the scope in the proposal and assess candidates against each team’s workplace, shifts and responsibilities.

How logistics and transport recruitment fees are determined
The recruitment fee depends on the roles, headcount, level of responsibility and stages included. Where several types of role are involved, we clarify the scope and fee calculation separately. ALES’s fee is separate from future employees’ salaries and benefits. Payment terms and any candidate replacement arrangements are set out in the accepted proposal; replacement is not included by default.
Other industries we recruit for
Hiring for another area of your business or across several sectors? ALES plans the search around how your company operates, the roles to fill and the actual working conditions. Choose the relevant industry or send an enquiry to discuss your requirements.
Logistics and transport recruitment FAQs
Yes. Specify the roles, headcount, location and priority activities. We separate the criteria because order pickers, drivers and dispatchers have different responsibilities.
Include the route type, vehicle, working hours and required documents in your enquiry. We review the conditions and confirm whether we can take on the assignment.
That depends on the role and the training available. Specify what is essential from day one and what can be learned after hiring so suitable candidates are not ruled out unnecessarily.
We explain the schedule, including start and finish times, during initial screening. Candidates’ availability is considered against the actual conditions rather than a general statement about flexibility.
You can submit an enquiry for any location in the Republic of Moldova. Include the address, workplace access and working hours, and we will confirm whether we can take on the search.
Not automatically. This page describes finding and selecting candidates for the employer’s roles. Staff transport, staff leasing and shift management are separate services that need to be confirmed independently.
