Manufacturing recruitment in Moldova
Need staff for a factory, workshop or production line? ALES handles the search and initial screening so your production manager can interview candidates suited to the team’s work. Our manufacturing recruitment covers operational, technical and supervisory roles, taking account of shifts, machinery and the actual job requirements.
You can request recruitment for a single role or to staff several shifts. Before the engagement begins, you will receive a proposal setting out the roles covered, selection stages and recruitment fee.
Recruitment for factories, workshops and production lines
Food production and packaging
In food production, the workflow, hygiene requirements, temperatures and line speed shape the right candidate profile. We clarify the tasks, schedule and procedures the person needs to understand before starting work.
Workshops and made-to-order manufacturing
Workshop roles may involve preparing materials, operating machinery, assembly and finishing. We separate these responsibilities so the brief reflects the actual job and the level of autonomy required.
Production lines operating in shifts
Shift-based recruitment needs to account for start times, handovers, the pace of work and direct supervision. We discuss how training is organised and how the team covers an absence.
Quality control and technical roles
For technical roles, the equipment, documentation and level of precision matter. We clarify essential experience, available training and who will conduct the practical assessment before the final decision.
When we can help with your hiring
We organise hiring needs by role and stage, from supervision or maintenance to production operators. We separate shifts and activities so one request does not combine roles with different technical requirements.
We take on the search for a role that is slowing production or increasing the team’s workload. We check whether the same profile is needed, how duties are currently covered and what training the company can provide.
For a new order, peak period or production expansion, we clarify the timeframe, shifts and headcount. We assess the actual conditions rather than promise a single hiring timeframe for every role.
Matching the search to shifts and working conditions
Before presenting candidates, we agree the conditions that affect availability and the ability to settle into the role. The final interview then starts with a clear candidate profile and working context.
The actual working schedule
Specify working hours, shift patterns, night or weekend work and handover arrangements. A clear schedule helps candidates assess whether they can commit to the role.
Machinery, technology and training
We clarify which equipment, procedures or systems candidates need to know at hiring and what can be learned on site. Experience with one machine is not treated as automatic evidence of competence with another.
Safety and protective equipment
Safety requirements, protective equipment and access rules should be described for the specific role. Explain what the company provides and what employees are responsible for in their daily work.
Production volume and pace
Product types, internal output targets and peak periods help candidates understand the pace. We describe realistic expectations rather than rely on broad requirements such as “working well under pressure”.
Manufacturing roles we can recruit for
The service can cover operational, technical and supervisory roles within the same facility. We confirm the roles in the proposal and assess candidates against the specific work, shift and team requirements.
Production operators and workers
Packing, labelling and product preparation
Quality control
Maintenance and technical support
Shift and production line supervision

How manufacturing recruitment fees are determined
The recruitment fee depends on the roles, headcount, level of responsibility and stages included. Where several types of role are involved, we clarify the scope and fee calculation separately. ALES’s fee is separate from future employees’ salaries and benefits. Payment terms and any candidate replacement arrangements are set out in the accepted proposal; replacement is not included by default.
Other industries we recruit for
Hiring for another area of your business or across several sectors? ALES plans the search around how your company operates, the roles to fill and the actual working conditions. Choose the relevant industry or send an enquiry to discuss your requirements.
